• Trachea:
  • Central / Deviated
• Diaphragm:
  • Visible to each side
  • Shape and position
  • Cardiophrenic angles
• Lung fields:
  • Identification and examination of upper, mid and lower zones
• Able to recognise:
  • Rib fractures
  • Pneumothorax
  • Effusion
  • Consolidation
  • Pulmonary oedema
  • Cardiomegaly
